[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Reliance 3g - nightmares with service and customer care | |||||
Hi, I am not getting service for the past one week and reported the issue many times to your customer care. Below is the mail, i dropped to customercare. [protected]@relianceada.com. Reliance 3g dongle - [protected] Complaint #[protected] Hi, For the past one week i am not getting any service. I have raised the concern to the customer care and i was told some migration activity is going on in andhra pradesh circle which would take 24hrs to restore the services. I got the same response till today. Today, i received the message that the services are restored. But i am still unable to connect in "reliance 3" mode and when i switch to "hybrid" mode the speed is very low (150 kbps and less). I called the customer care to report the issue. But i am told that i have to convert to 4g to get more speed. If not, i have to stuck with the speed i am getting now. Per my package, i will get 3g with 10 gb limit per month and 1.7 mbps speed. (750 per month) Now i really dont understand, if it is mandatory to convert to 4g. Why it was not made clear to me that my services are going to disconnected without conversion. Why someone had not approached me and explained me the consequences? This is very absurd and not professional in any way. And the customer care personnel that you have are making the situation even worse. So far, i had bitter experience all the time. They do not provide proper response and never try to explain and resolve the issue. I feel better service is expected from any government office than your customer care.
