Dear Sir/Madam,
It is most worst experience I have faced with Reliance Service. I was using Reliance 4G Data Card and when I want to close the connection but there was no help from Reliance Customer Care Desk to close my connection.
I have raised 2 requests first date 29/08/2016 Req No[protected] which got retained without any intimation to me. I raised Complaint No [protected] on 12/09/2016 I was told that connection will be closed within 24 Hours but nothing happened. I called up customer care on 15/09/2016 I was told that you have to raise another request, I did so Req No[protected] still connection not terminated.
On 23 Sep 2016 I called to customer care and I got response saying it will take again 10 days to get this connection closed. I almost did not used my connection for 1 month and Reliance Has sent a bill of Rs. 1065/- and asking me to pay it.
I am asked the reason why I need to pay the bill, I got response saying you used the service. When it is complete negligence of Reliance Customer service in disconnecting my datacard.
