[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Reliance 4G package upgradation without notice

I have upgraded from CDMA reliance 3G to Reliance 4G by purchasing modem having a plan of 999 for 40GB plan when purchased CDMA.
Customer care representative told me that my plan won't be changed from 6 months.

But their commitments were fake.Reliance have changed their rate when they upgraded to 4G and didn't notfied me.
Later I got a bill of Rs.8469.11in my mail.
Please look over this issue .

Bala ji communication center taking bribe from 100rs to 1000rs for activation of jio sim. Why company is doing advertising their sim is free ? If communication centre taking money because of this many customers harshly mentally and financially.
