[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Reliance 4g wi-pod | |||
After the earlier broadband was replaced by so called 4g wi-pod, i could hardly use it smoothly for a day. After that i have been chasing reliance customer care many a times finally i wrote email to [protected]@relianceada.com and unexpectedly no response. Finally went to nearby reliance outlet on 13th aug and the guy resolved the issue after replacing the sim. Now i get bill which is 4 times more than what i used to pay with earlier data card. However i am being charged for the period when i couldn't really used it. Above all i have written an email on rcomappellateauthority.
