Reliance Communications — Reliance 4g wifi is not getting connected. | |||||
Reliance communications has asked me (repeatedly) to convert to 4g services. on conversion, the cc representative asked me to do the first recharge with minimum amount as a check to ensure that the internet is getting connected. i recharged with rs. 97 (1gb with 2 days validity). now the internet is not getting connected. the signal strength i get is zero (completely red - weak signal) & i don't get any error code as well. i contacted the cc representatives in this regard. now they are saying that my 4g migration is not yet done & it is under process. i asked for a refund they said "sorry for the inconvenience". i asked them to forward the call to their senior (so that i can settle the matter) but i was kept on hold for 20 minutes. i disconnected the call & tried to call them again. this time they are not at all connecting to the cc representatives.
