Reliance Communications — Reliance bill payment with out using data | |||
Hi, This is Sampath I was used reliance data card ([protected]) upto jan 2014 after that I paid all the payments and given the Post paid to Prepaid conversion request on Jan –2014 to Reliance web world. After few days i got a call from Reliance Customer care and told we will give you offer three months 2GB data free you Can use it, I told her i don’t want continue but she told you can use. Then after three months again i got bill for usage i asked did’t activate any plan then why bill is coming. Again i paid the amount and visited the Reliance Web word and given cancel request but why still bill is coming to me. Note: No one contacted me after free usage for activating the plan. Without my request they are activated the 2GB plan after free usage. After free usage i was not used he data card. I am receiving the message we will case file against you IPC section 406 & 415 -e.
