Worst service provider. When i call to the customer care they talk very nicely but did not act on the issue. No one takes the responsibility. Every time when i call cc for knowing the progress of last query, they say that it was closed and file a new query again. Seriously it very irritating, calling again and again. From the last 10 days internet is not working and no one is calling back. Even for termination they are doing the same thing. They kept the call on hold for 15 mins. I am fed up with this.
