I have launched a complaint on 27th June that my broadband not connecting and troubleshooter shows "DNS server not responding". I was given complaint reference number[protected]. But there is no one to take care of complaint. I keep calling since 10 days, the phone keeps disconnecting. If the service is not continued within tomorrow, please CANCEL my subscription. Once the service gets interuppted, it is very difficult to get it continued. Very poor service by reliance. I hope they take action immediately.

How much time is needed to fix the issue. My net not working since last month. I was told that it will be fixed soon. Soon means days or months or years. I don't want this service with si much hassle and Zero customer service.

The issue has been fixed but it took very long time. The net was not working for 28 days, So I would like to have a fee waiver for this period.

Today the net is not working since morning. Please see into this matter and I hope this time it will not take so long time as last time it took a month to resolve it. Please resolve the issue. And I need the Fee waiver for one month for last issue as the net was not working for a month. Please issue a Fee waiver for one month and confirm.
