[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Reliance broadband connection not working since more than 7 days second time in one month | |||
Dear Manager, This is totally disgusting that second time in one month the broadband has stopped working.Last on 8th June the same stopped working and started working on 15th of June (almost a week). Since last week again the same has stopped working and Reliance Customer Care was contacted vide following complaint nos:[protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected] for User ID:[protected] on name of Alok Malhotra. It is surprising to note that in 4 days these many complaint nos have been provided and each closed by customer care without solving the concern. No one even cares to ask customer if the complaint has been solved or not. It is really disgusting and sad to see such poor services provided and will intend to go to some other better service provider with other members of the area.
