Reliance Broadband Account Number :[protected] Complaint No:[protected] /[protected] /[protected] Complaint No. (through portal) : CNM[protected] The first complaint was registered on 26th July 2014 that our Reliance Broadband is not working. It was been told that there was a fiber cut due to which there is an issue and it would be resolved in max 4 working days, Though 4 days are more, we decided to wait thinking the services would be restored in the time committed. We have been tracking our complaint status with customer care officers as per there provided date and time repeatedly However its now more than a month already, and we are still waiting for a resolution to this. The Customer care officers on phone give baseless answers and ask us to wait for couple of days more every time. We also have written to rcomappellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.com and Rcomnodalofficer.[protected]@relianceada.com on 9th Aug 2014 but it seems all efforts are in vain. As we are using connection in our office premises and that too as a primary connection, it has led to a lot of inconvenience and business impact to us. Any service provider.. I mean any good broadband service provider provides resolution in max 24 – 48 hours irrespective of the complexity of the problem. However in your case, it seems even after one month you do not have satisfactory resolution to your customers issues. Was this information helpful? | |||
