Dear Respected Sir,

My Name is B.Yogananda Reddy, working in one of the leading software company. When I planned to go for "Work from home" option for 6 months. To work from home means I need net connection. So, I have searched and enquired many operators and finally chosen Reliance as my choice. I browsed the Reliance site and find the suitable plan for me "999 plan which provide 40 GB with 14.7 MBPs speed" and decided to take this plan.

For that I have approached the Reliance Marketing Agent(Bargunna [contact number: [protected]] - who is doing Reliance Marketing in Mphasis, Chennai). He told that Reliance good and they are offering the 999 plan with 40 GB. Based the information from the Reliance web site and his confirmation, I fixed for 999 plan and I have given my photo (1 copy), Aadhar Card Copy and signed on the application. After that paid Rs.1350 to get the Reliance CDMA Data card (wireless connection ([protected]) on 28th March 2016.

The number got activated on 28th March 2016 night itself and I do not received any welcome calls or even they didn't inform, that I am in which plan and what is my billing date etc. There is no call from any one.

After receiving the Reliance Dongle, I have moved to my hometown "Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh" for work from home. The net speed and working every thing fine in the month of April and I got the first bill on 27th of April 2016 with amount of Rs.890, I thought this amount is for 27 days and I have paid on the same date without any delay. The problem stated in the next month only. I got the second bill on 11th May, I got shock by seeing the bill, the bill amount came as Rs.2298/- and my plan is 1999 with 30 GB plan. Immediately I called the Marketing Agent and informed to him and also informed the same to his supervisor. What they told is that there is some issue and they will talk the Reliance Store people and will correct the problem.

But the problem is not resolved till the end of May 2016, finally I called the Customer care and explained my issue to them, even they told that they cannot help me in this issue. But they suggested me to change the plan. Based on their suggestion, I have changed the plan from 1999 to 999 plan.

Another plan started from 25th May, 2016, the problem is 'Reliance has started the 4G conversion process in Andhra Pradesh (in my home town ‘Tirupati’) and they have stopped the CDMA in Tiruapti circle. Currently CDMA is not working in tirupati because of that I am not able to use the data card'.

For this issue, I have called the Reliance Store people and conveyed my issue and asked them to put the connection in the safe custody, but there is no response from them and I have raised many tickets with Reliance customer care, they also raising the tickets and closing those in the next day without any resolution. This process continued without any help or support, but I am getting the bill every month and I am also paid the bill without any delay.

Finally I have given request to 'Manikandan Selvam' [Manikandan.[protected]@relianceada.com -[protected]] to change my plan from 999 to either 1 GB plan or whichever is least one. Based on my request I have raised the request and here is the response from Manikandan (As per your request sr placed for 175 plan change and the reference number is :[protected] [raised on 07/16/2016]. I had forwarded the request to concern department for necessary adjustment. Kindly clear 1250/- alone as of now . Will update you the status shortly.)

As per the 175 plan, I need to get the bill amount as either +- 200/-, but the bill amount came as Rs. 590. After that I have tried to reach Manikandan to this, but he is not answering my calls.

Later I have called the Customer Care team and raised the Request about the billing issues, here is the SR No.[protected]. Without solving the problem they have closed the ticket. One more thing is that they issued the legal notice against me and they sent the people for money collection. Those people are harassing me and I am getting the calls from various Reliance Store people and legal departments and they are mentally torching me. Because of this I am not able to concentrate on my personal and professional life.

This is my problem, which I am facing with the Reliance Store Chennai.

Here I am couple of questions:

1. I have requested for 999 plan for Reliance CDMA Datacard (wire less connection), how they will give 1999 plan which is not applicable for this data card.
2. When I have raised the ticket for billing issue, how they will issue the Legal notice and will send the people to home against me.

Sir, I am not saying that I wont pay the bill, but there is lot of issues which they are generating the bills and amount they are collecting from the customers. What I am requesting you people is, please save me and other customers from these money eaters. I am asking them to recalculate the bill amount from March 29th to till 07/16/2016 and let me know, and also for Rs.175 plan, they generated and send the bill amount as Rs.590 (approx.).

Sir, kindly please help me from this issue, how to proceed further against these type of people.
