Hello, I bought reliance CDMA dongle in the end of month of March. Paid the bills of 2 months on time as well. And before the due date (27 May, 2016) of payment of bill my internet stopped working. Then i got the information that Reliance have closed the CDMA internet service and now they are telling me to buy a new 4G dongle and upgrade it. And the dongle i have is useless and Reliance don't support hardware. If reliance was going to close the cdma network, why did they sell it? We don't earn money to waste it on Reliance. We are not printing money like what Reliance is doing by looting customer's money due to the lazy worst irresponsible people in customer care team! After 30 min of hold they answered my call. This is not the first time i am facing such issue. Last time i bought Reliance wipod. Within 2-3 months its hardware got damaged. i gave it to service center. for 2 months it was there. and they don't even repaired it. But sent me bills of 2 months. I don't think decision of closing such big networks are taken in 1 or 2 months and they should have closed the sell earlier. I want my money back or upgraded dongle. Was this information helpful? | |
