As reliance shut down their cdma operations i was asked to upgrade to their 4g service for which i had to buy a new 4g wi-pod and was assured i would get the same plan which is minimum 5 mbps speed and unlimited download. i was assured this by their by 3 reps in their call center. their website informed the same as well.

I got to know about the change in plan details when i called their customer service as my service was stopped. they had changed my plan to their default one which was 5 gb download limit and they also said i could face additional charges for any further use.

This is fraud as they not only confirmed at their store, email and call centre my plan would remain the same.

I tried to call and email even their appellate to get no response. thoroughly disappointed with reliance, they have lost a customer forever.

I would like the company to deliver as they promised of the same plan i had with their cdma device with unlimited download and no change in the charges. my contact no. is [protected] call between 10:00 am to 7:00 pm week days
