[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Reliance Communications - Amount charged for VAS Pack - Please resolve | |||
Reliance, I have submitted a compliant on 05/08 with the same subject, and it was not resolved fully. The amount was credited in my account but you have not 'deactivated the VAS Pack' from my account due to this reason once again below mentioned amount has been deducted from my account. On 07/08 Amount Charged for VAS Hungama Voice Ckt is RS:10/ on 06/08 I do receive a message of 'SR No.[protected] has been processed' but as it seems like VAS Pack was not deactivate, kindly deactivate the VAS pack to avoid unauthorized deductions from my account.
