Hi team, My broadband connection is not working from friday evening and i had raised ticket for the same with customer care. Ticket has been closed by giving resolution that junction box is not operative as light is not available. This is unexpected answer and over and above, ticket has been closed. What m i supposed to do now. M i supposed to go and change the junction box and get internet on my own? Please provided internet or refund installation charges because connection is not working because of reliance fault. I think i had been paying reliance bill within due dates so reliance is awarding me by not providing internet Was this information helpful? | |||||
