[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Reliance Communications-harassment with call and alerts | |||
Hello Team, My name is P Sreenivasulu, having reliance netconnection with reliance number:[protected]. Since the day the connection given me with 14Mbps on unlimited plans, i have been experiencing speed issue with 10kpbs to 90kpbs which was. I have raised several complaints and none of them fixed the issue, however i have been paying past 3months bills and the issue never resolved and i requested/pleaded many times by sending emails and over calls with customer care but all my efforts in vain. No one resolved the issue or helped me out expect sending emails and alerts and calling me only for billing. I told them without giving me the service i cannot pay the amount, however the never look into the issue and keep harassing me by calling, sending emails and alerting me everyday by multiple times. The connection has disconnected in last month itself but the bill amount keep adding on monthly wise and alerting/harassing for payments which is disturbing me a lot at my work. I requested them to refund the amount which i pay unnecessarily and stop alerting and harassing me with calls and messages on my mobile. Reliance netconnect service is the worst service i have ever and never seen such a people without taking any action on customer complaints expect harassing customers for bill payments. I really hate you service and People should be aware of your frauds and i am keep getting calls and blackmailing me that a case is going to book against me for repayment of the due. Neither i used your service nor you have given the service but ultimately we are troubling with you service.I really frustrated with your calls and your black mailing alerts. Please stop harassing people without giving service and with your false commitments.Now i have to pay the money unnecessary to you and because of all your tricks.I never ever recommend any reliance service and i will make my around public not to use Reliance. This is the worst service and Reliance service and theirTeam is most dangerous and bloody blood suckers.
STOP HARASSING PEOPLE AND DONT TROUBLE WITH YOUR ALL FALSE COMMITMENTS.

I didn't receive any call from reliance communications but i received a message saying that we couldn't able to reach you and respond back on number:[protected]. But i tried to reach this number invalid to call back.
I am available 24/7 and reachable on the following numbers. I request you please stop alerting for billing with multiple calls and messages. As i requested please refund my money and device cost as well since the device and the service is can not be relied.
Connection is already disconnected and i am no more interested taking back the connection since a long i am being fooled with your false commitments.
