Reliance Communications — Reliance data card issue with billing

As per my company policy 100nos and my data card one of them. i brought reliance data card in month of october 2015, after so many complaints reliance service is same (very poor), so finally i have taken discussion to stop there service and call customer care 11 may 2016 and before that also and i called him again in month of may 19 2016 after clear all pending bills after that his ensure me you data card service now stopped but my bill also generated after my requesting (11 may 2016 is complaint date and my bill generation date is 26 may 2016) but i got full month bill, and i got a call today & reliance person reached in my home without inform me for payment collection and i called reliance customer care and asked him please can you update my requesting status of reliance data card service stopped or not, he said your internet service still on,

I request to you please look this on priority.
