[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Reliance data card not at working since 12th april | |||||
I have been complaining the issue (Reliance data card not at all working) since april 12th. There are 2 sr have been created for my issue but not taken any action and not given solution so far... Here the 2 sr for your review. [protected]created on 13th april [protected] created on 14h april Please let me know when are you going to address my issue which already created the above 2 sr's ... Both srs already met sla or crossed more than 3 days. Every service request id has 3 days of sla right ? Correct me if i am wrong. If you are unable to address my issue, kindly go ahead to cancel the connection. Please reach out me(+91 [protected]) if any further clarifications.
