[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Reliance Datacard not working NO SIGNAL [protected] | |||
HI I'm Arul using Reliance Datacard (prepaid) for past 6months it was working good, last month i changed it from prepaid to postpaid, till then iam started facing signal issues, now 4 days in two weeks there is no signal completely, spoke to customer care they informed its due to network upgrade. If there is any network upgrade why it’s not informed to customers, customer care don’t have answer for this. I use Internet to use only on emergency, if it’s not working whenever required then it’s useless having your connection which is unacceptable and ridicules If this is not going to fix by tomorrow iam not going to pay by bill for this month .
