[Resolved] Reliance Communications — reliance executive collected cash and not given service

I took 3 connections for porting out request and one broadband connection. He charged me 3750 in total. And gave slips with it and told me that the connections will be done by 4 o clock. I have complained before on this portal for the same issue and you people have closed it saying its been resolved and your complaint have been addessed, how can you close my complaint without my consent, and on what grounds have you closed, you havent adressed to nothing, see either you talk to that guy and catch him and give me my money or give me the service. If you cannot do so then i want my complaint to be handled by the top, management of reliance, let them know whats happening here.. Thee reliance executives no is [protected].

Updated by jayesh74 Why are they u making it very difficult for me. You said to go to the branch and do the RHN mapping for sim. Those people are saying that this number is not available and these numbers cost 50000. And it is not possible to do it. Ma'am I'm already tired by all these. Reliance person lokesh says that there isn't any such facility. Please take this case to the top management now, you people are just messing me around and I'm wasting my time by going through all these, why don't you take care of all these and clear it by yourself. I'm attaching all the sim cards here with this
