[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Reliance gsm complaint | |||
I had made complaint for my Mobile no. [protected] that on dated 7 june 2016 my data pack of 700 mb (approx) and main balance deducted automatically in night from my mobile and no one is responding proper even when we talk to 198 customer care no one is giving reference number of talk. For this I had tried to make complaint on morning but call not conneted to 198 customer executive again i had tried many time but last night on 10 june call connected to executive on 10.25 pm he said call after 2 hr. after 2 hr on 12.25 o clock mid night they said you are late for complaint we cant do anything I had asked to connect to manager they said he will available on morning 6am. even they had not given me reference number.
