Dear Sir, RELIANCE GSM NETWORK ISSUE on MOBILE[protected] This is to bring to your notice that a telecom network glitch we, residents of Patna: precisely, are encountering currently. The service provider in this issue is primarily Reliance GSM. I have lodged numerous complaints Vide SR NO.[protected] DT: 01.02.16 AND[protected] DT: 07.02.16 and reported to the concerned authorities in the past few weeks, but the problem persists. There is a network issue in this region that Reliance GSM subscribers are facing as of now. The network vanishes in my area frequently but when I move out about 500m away from the building, the network signal returns. This also happens with several other subscribers in my area. Consequently, I often I have to divert my number, but I am not able to receive important SMS. It is my sincere request to you to kindly resolve this issue.
