Reliance Communications — Reliance GSM phone networks | |||
. Have been suffering from the poor services of reliance gsm since 10 days. My SMS services has been barred . And I have been calling customer care and lodged complaints multiple times to resolve the problem.But my problem has not been resolved. Visited 3 Reliance communications centres till now. Everyone of these centres assured that the problem will be resolved in next 12 hours. And I received the message stating that"your problem has been resolvexd and sms service has been activated and you can send SMS now". But still I am not able to send SMS. Now from past two days I am not able to contact customer care agent on 198, *333 services. The Tele auto service will tell "to talk to our customer care agent press 9 instead of directing my call, some recorded message they will play and call disconnects by itsef.System is not at all directing my call to custt care agent so that I can talk with them. They have looped so that everytime I try to call them I should not get connected to agent people This is very pathetic and shamefull on part of RELIANCE. Hope my concern would be directed to responsible authority so that I get rid off this headache. Was this information helpful? | |||
