Reliance Communications — Reliance GSM Prepaid - Unnecessarily charged Rs.70 from main account for using data when data pack(Rs.57) is active with sufficient data balance.

Hi, My Reliance GSM Number: [protected]. I have recharged the above number with Rs.57 and got 50 MB data. But while browsing, reliance unnecessarily charged Rs.70 from main account balance on 28/03/2015 for using data even though if i have data balance of around 10 MB. I called 198 on 29/03/2015 and made a complaint. Customer care person said the amount would be refunded in next 24 hours. But no resolution for that and my amount is not refunded even after 36 hours.
