Reliance Communications — Reliance GSM - Sudden deduction of balance without notice

Hi, Myself Somnath Guha Neogi.My mobile number is [protected].Yesterday(1/09/2015) my balance was something around 70+ Rs but today(2/09/2015) when I tried to call someone I found insufficient balance to complete a local call even. I have raised a similar complaints only a few days ago and that was resolved in courtesy of this forum and Reliance but again within a few days same thing happened with me. These sudden deductions are getting pretty much regular for Reliance GSM customer and I don't know how many times I have launch such complaints against Reliance to stop these cheating. Please help me in conveying this message to the concerned departments of Reliance so that they can take appropriate action and refund my balance.
