Reliance Communications — Reliance jio sim not activated | |||
I bought lyf flame 8 phone with reliance jio offer from flipkart on 24 aug 2016 and received the product on 27 aug 2016.On 29 aug 2016 i went to the reliance xpress store ( 15/1, West Patel Nagar, New Delhi, Delhi 110008) near my place to get the reliance jio sim which i received on the same day.The store manager Mr Yashvant told me that it will take a day to get the sim activated and you will get a confirmation message.I went to the store manager Mr Yasvant on 31 aug 2016 to reconfirm but he told me that sir we have submitted your documents and the sim will get activated in a day but till now as on 2/9/2016 my reliance jio sim is not active and i have received no confirmation message.
