Reliance Communications — Reliance netconnect - bill / e-notice from advocate post disconnection of internet

Hi,
Today i received mail "demand notice cum intimation letter" from cro.[protected]@gmail.com where the advocate has mentioned to pay outstanding money of 1210/- for below address (Contact person -irfan shaikh [protected])

I was shocked the bills he attached was up to nov'13 where as i dropped mail to reliance customer care several times to disconnect internet on may'13 as i had to out of country. Also as this is post-paid so i paid the money before date and asked them to disconnect. There was no response from reliance customer care for several months and after 3 years i'm getting the mail from advocate stating to pay 1210/-
I was unable to connect reliance customer care over phone from out of country therefore i sent them mail.

Please help me here, what needs to be done as i was thinking i'm clear from my side but reliance communication has disgraced me by sending such mails by an advocate after 3 years
