[Resolved] Reliance Communications — reliance netconnect not working in HSD mode

I have a Reliance 3 modem. 3 days ago (26 june 2015), i have recharged it with Rs.999 unlimited pack with 12 gb usage with 3.1 Mbps speed and after that it would switch to 230 kbps speed. it was always like that. but after this recharge, it did not work that way. it doesn't work with HSD mode, only works with hybrid and hx1 mode at very low speed. only for the speed I recharge with Rs.999 but i really lost my patience because of the slow net connection. it's been 3 days. i did this for my studies to collect the materials. please do something on this. my modem number is [protected]. my email id is [protected]@gmail.com
