[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Reliance netconnect plan changed to 4g from 3g without confirmation

Hi Team,

In july month email, I recieved from Rcom4g stating that I need to upgrade my datacard to 4g services by paying Rs.899.
In that email, under the section "Why upgrade to Reliance 4g?"
4th point mentioned as "No change in your current data plan rental and benefits".

But now, after I upgrade to 4g after paying hefty amount Rs.899, My plan changed to new 4g plan (from existing 3g plan) without my confirmation.
I was promised that there would be no change in my plan after upgrade but now 4g plan was forcefully changed.

I demand an explanation as I'm not happy.
