[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Reliance netconnect to 4g upgrade - non functional for last 2 months | |||
I am an user of reliance netconnect dongle no [protected] of allahabad since 2011. I was posted from allahabad to jaipur due to my service exigencies. I have bought a dongle wipod 4g/lte in jul 2016 to upgrade the services. I also got a sim no[protected] from reliance mobile store vaishalinagar jaipur. I have called up the customer care of reliance over the last 2 months repeatedly. One of them told that my sim no is wrong and it should be this one[protected]. Till date the same is disconnected despite repeated visits to the reliance store and the calls to customer care. Now please show reasons why such a poor services from a reputed brand will be accepted by me while being regular in my payment of bills till date. I will consider it a suitable case to put up to consumer forum for redressal of the same as i presume that the customer like me is insignificant for the company. If the necessary rectification, activation and service restoration is not possible in next 72 hours or so i will take the necessary legal course of action. Was this information helpful? | |||
