We have 2 Reliance Connections 1 is [protected] and another is [protected], we called customer care and told to cancell the connection1 they given complaint No On Nov[protected] And One more Number [protected] they called and asked to pay the bill we told cancell the connection.they told pay outstanding amount then only we will cancel then we paid bill and given request to cancel Complaint No[protected] on Jan 5th. Now again we are getting calls to pay the bills...every month we given requests to cancel the connections but not cancelling and torchering to pay the bills.
