Reliance Communications — Reliance prepaid cdma connection is dead and 4g is not working after upgrade | |||||
My reliance mobile pre-paid number [protected] is not working. It was cdma connection and registered for 4g upgrade also. Either cdma or 4g gsm has to work but nothing is working. I am not getting any incoming calls. When i tried calling this number from another number, it says "please check the number you have dialled". I raised service request through my reliance login but it was not yet addressed even after 48 hours (Eta is 24 hours).In the same way reliance netconnect+ internet is also not working. It is supposed to work at 3.1 mbps but it is working in 230.4 kbps and the speed is very low and i am unable to browse internet. Reliance is really cheating its customers after eating money from them. Reliance communications is supposed to provide 4g supported devices free of cost when they are upgrading from cdma to 4g because the customers had already invested money for their cdma devices. The issue is resolved but unable to recharge through reliance website. It says the selected denomination does not exist for any given amount.

issue resolved. But the plan benefits we got through CDMA special plan recharge was not carried forward to 4G and we lost those benefits.
