[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Reliance Prepaid GSM SIM | |||||
Hi Team, This is the third instance where I done some recharge and didn't get as per the Plan. I made recharge of 36 Rs on 25th Feb 2017 on my Reliance Mobile [protected] .As per the Plan I should get 1 GB 2G Data for 28 days. I received additional data after couple of hours but now when I am checking my main account balance is 0(Previously which was 71.25) and Data Plan is inactive for my number. I tried to call customer care but unable to connect with them. I don't understand why you people always do this thing with me .Please return my main Account Balance . Please act on my complain and resolved this issue on priority otherwise I would be happy to port out from reliance services and choose some better operator. Note:-If you want any artifacts regarding this then I can share same with you thus request you to resolve my concern as soon as possible. My broadband internet is not working since 23 feb 2017.
After repeated call to register the complaint i m waiting for any response. Call centre requests to wait for 24 hours but after more than 72 hours there is no help

I[censored] wanna take legal action against above issue means your are having full right to do. So you may write the complaint to TRAI with proper details. Otherwise you may go to Customer Court and file a complaint against Reliance Communications. You will be winner if you filed a case.
