A month back I have purchased Reliance Pro 3 wipod dongle. I had complained about the poor Internet speed in my area but service executives did not respond about the issue. The Request ID is[protected].
Actually the company claims, the speed you get with wipod is 17 mbps, but actually it is not even 3 mbps or 1 mbps or even 800 kbps.
They still charge monthly rental of 1299/month for unlimited plan. Finally I requested customer support to deactivate the same and give my device money back. Since that day there is no response from customer care.
I suggest everyone to please check feasibility in your area and get the device. Also I would not recommend Reliance Internet services to anyone in future. I had very bad experience from Day 1.
