Dear reliance team,

Thank you so much for the kind services during the purchase of your pro3 dongle and the pathetic after sales service which has assured me not to purchase any of the reliance's products henceforth.

Here is my case,
I bought this pro3 dongle since it was offering for 14.7mbps internet speed at the start. During the trial, i had around 4mbps at my home and the sales people did convinced me enough to buy and it wouldn't be any problem and also i foolishly suggested one of my colleague to buy it and even he bought it and he terminated the services only after 3 months due to internet speed issues (I can provide the data on request).
That was the start of the vicious circle...Initial months i did not face any issues but gradually i started facing trouble with respect to internet speed as i was getting the speed of around 1 - 2 mbps, which was too low in comparison. That time i called up the customer care service and informed them for the same, to which they said that they’ll be sending their engineers to my place to check the internet speed and assured of correcting it and it never happened, none of the engineers came to resolve the issue and even i forgot to call back and follow-up.
After few more months i kind of remembered it and again i called up the customer care to inform them of the issue and even told them that none of the engineers came last time and it may happen again despite raising the complaint. So they said they have forwarded the issue to technical team department which will call me and will check the software issues by taking remote access, to which i again surprisingly agreed and again as expected no one responded.
Again after few more months when i realized that this issue hasn’t been resolved yet and the internet speed of my dongle did really dropped below 1mbps and it was so irksome that i finally decided to terminate my services from reliance and hence i called customer care to terminate my services. When i informed them about the complete scenario and demanded to withdraw my services, they in order to retain me transferred my call to retention department who started giving me lucrative offers like some offers, free internet and even convinced me to wait for at least two days to resolve the issue and the person from reliance said that he will personally make sure that the issue will be resolved and literally begged to stay with reliance. I gave him the chance and asked them to ensure that this is resolve and i left the issue in affordance that it will be resolved. I even sent three e-mails across to customer care to highlight the matter but all was in vain. (I can provide the data on request).
I waited for two weeks and i finally decided to stop using the services by myself and i stopped using it completely.
Now i used it in the month of february’16 and starting week of march’16. I started complaining customer care during feb’16 end and mar’16 starting to terminate my services. But it didn’t happen so i decided to stop using the services by myself. I
Note: no one or no authority tried to contact me to actually resolve my issue yet from reliance.
And not to my surprise, after some days i started receiving calls from collection department to pay the bill for the amount which i was not liable of and the people calling from that respective department were having no etiquettes whatsoever to speak with and the strategy is such that they make ladies call up the customer to pay the debt and these ladies are such irritating that they do not want to listen to you at all and only wanna impose on you. They do not care that what exactly was the issue. I explained them and informed them that why am i not paying the bills.
Also, when i tried to reach customer care service to complain them of the issues i have been facing, customer care aren’t answering and literally i had been kept on hold for 33mins thrice and later on i was told by the collection agent that customer care won’t answer any of my calls.
So all that was in vain. Now i had been getting these calls from collection department asking me to pay up and i kept on telling them that i will not pay the extra money that i have been charged cause i wanted to terminate the services since start and reliance wanted to retain me and i got fed up with the service and i left my follow up and stopped using the dongle by myself. I agreed to pay the amount for what i have used but not the entire bill which was of rs. 2416. (It’s too long a story to write). I agreed to pay up rs. 1600 on pro rata basis to settle the case for which they agreed. I asked them to send me a email for the same which they did and the ladies kept on calling me to enquire whether i have paid or not. Now i paid it with the reference email they sent and i sent them the receipt as well. Even after all these they sent me a legal notice of which i informed to those agents and they simply told me to ignore it.
These people told me that they will send me the closure note mentioning that i have closed every dues and i shall not receive any calls from reliance henceforth on the day i paid the bill and to my surprise it’s been almost 5 days i have been continuously following up with them for the closure note and these people aren’t responding properly.In fact, they have started hanging up on me and stopped responding me at all. The irony is that collection agencies aren’t responding. These people have no brain whatsoever it seems because all these people do is... Lie & lie continuously. I even had their supervisor (Mr. Zakir) who’s the least suitable person for that job since he doesn’t know how to be professional. None of their agents will their real name, i can tell that they are muslims but they abruptly say hindu names. These people think we are noob. That’s the funny part.
Anyways, all i need from reliance is a closure note and that’s a goodbye to reliance. I am unable to reach any authority hence this route in hope that someone responsible might act in this matter and really take the case in hands to resolve it.
