[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Reliance sending bills even after postpaid closure of wipod 3g device.

I bought reliance wipod device last december by paying 1700 rupees, but recently i got a message to upgrade it to 4g and i have to pay 1500 extra for the device.
My existing cdma connection is very bad. Its not getting connected from 3 july 2016 and i wish to disconnect my connection for the same reason.

Every month the bill is getting generated and i have been asked to pay 960 as settlement fund.

I recharged the reliance no [protected] insteed of doing recharge on [protected] of 150, by mistake on freecharge today and [protected] is not in use so I am requesting please send my money back on [protected].. I talked to customer care but dint get any support, I am student can't afford this loss.so I want my money back if any possibility
