[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Reliance sending bills even after postpaid closure of wipod dongle | |||||
I was using reliance wipod dongle([protected]) with postpaid connection. I have requested for the closure of this connection as I am not using internet and I am not interested in 4g upgrade. Request id is[protected]. The dongle doesn't work since past 3 months. Still I am billed by Reliance for giving me zero data and zero service. The customer care guy asked me to pay a very unfair amount of Rs.1730 to close the connection!! Even after paying this amount in August, still I received a bill for the month of September!!! Reliance, Your disservice is discouraging me to be a future customer. Please desist and close the connection immediately. Was this information helpful? | |||||
