I was getting monthly bill of (Rs) 1149.00/- for 40gb plan ([protected]). I got a call from reliance c. Care that the cdma device will stop working after first week of august and we have to upgrade to 4g sim and new 4g wipod to have uninterrupted connection. I was told that this i can continue with the (Rs) 1149.00/- for 40gb plan after the upgrade to 4g.
After i bought a sim and used it in a 4g mobile because it will take 10 days for them to deliver the wifi device. I was getting high speeds. I could not call from that sim so i called the customer care and he told we cannot make calls because it a data-card sim. And i received a message that "free unit details for netconnect usage mb - allocated unit-9249.03, unit consumed-248.7, balance unit 9000.33, validity-17/08/2016 23:59:59" i again called the c. Care that my plan has been changed from 40gb to 9gb. The c. Care executive explained u have received a free complimentary 4g offer for 4 days, so i started using it. After the fourth day i called the c. Care to check my data balance it was showing “free unit details for netconnect usage mb - allocated unit-5285.16, unit consumed-577.18, balance unit 4707.98, validity-17/08/2016 23:59:59”.
Now the plan changed but to 5gb plan and not to my old 40gb plan. And i got a message that “your unbilled amount as on[protected] is rs.1777.78. You can also check this information & manage your account by dialling our tollfree ussd code *222#”, i got shocked and called the customer care again and they several times.
First time they said that there is some problem with billing section it will be sorted out and i asked to talk to a team lead they told that they will put my call in hold and i wait for more than 15 min on hold and they disconnected the call.
Econd time i called them and they told that the plan has been changed to 3 gb plan since there is no 3g available now. I asked that how can u people changed without informing they replayed that we have intimated by mail and sms, i told have not received anything intimation bout the change in plan. That executive told the he will put on hold and check the information and same thing happened, i wait for more than 15 min on hold and they disconnected the call.
Today (22-jul-2016) i received my online bill and message for the billing period of 18-jul-2016 to 17-aug-2016. “dear customer, bill details for aug'16 of your reliance no. Null-current chrg:rs2844.95; total due:rs2845; due date:05-sep-2016. Reliance”.
I was trying to call the c. Care several times and the call gets disconnected every time.
I have no other option than filing a complaint in consumer court. “the plan was changed without pre intimation and now i got bills for rs2845/- since they changed the plan. If they have informed me i would have not upgraded to 4g. And i have to cancel my online order (Ifvoddzgz) for wifi device also.

Hey all. August 23 afternoon(Day after i posted of complaint) I got a call from reliance CCare and they informed this z regarding the complaint made in this Website. They apologised and said that they had some problem with their billing department so they will revise my charges and get back to me after 3 days. But till now I didn't get any mail r calls. Now I tried to the CCare and the call it's cut.

And now I got this message from the Ccare when I tried calling. "Your last bill generated on[protected] is Rs.2844.95. Total outsanding of Rs.1148.86 is due by[protected]. Check this information by dialling *222#"

Finally after all this got a Message and call from the Rcom Ccare. "Dear Customer your Datacard [protected] has bill due of Rs.1148. Pls pay to avoid late payment Fee of Rs100 or 2.5% . Pls ignore if paid.RCOM". and i have cancelled the 4G Wipod and got my cash refund. A big Goodbye to RCom. i am not "Marking as Resolved" till my connection get disconnection and i don't know what kind of surprises i still have from RCom. planning to Visit RCom outlet today to cancel my connection. I am also facing the same problem with reliance, previously reliance communicate that we provide 4G plan in same monthly rental of Pro-3(wi-pod), but now they are not. and charged me 2495/-

Yes everyone is facing the same issue. They have charged for the period when they weren't providing 3G nor 4G and have not returned the same while they earlier had promised to continue the 3G plan for 4G and are now refusing blankly. They are a big cheats and would remain one. The best thing would be to terminate the services and don't pay a penny in the last month. Let those call you and then you give one back on their face.
Worst, Cheaters, such a shame on Reliance. They looted and sold that wipod and now they are billling so much without any notification. LOOSERS
