[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Reliance wi-pod not activated | |||
Hi Recently one week before purchased the reliance wi pod after that tried to activate the wi-pod in the reliance ip portal but unable to connect because repeatedly were internet connection getting failed and to find the solution called the customer care[protected] for more than 6 to 7 times but customer care not even care about to give proper answer and this people is following trick asking requester to hold the line but not even came back even after half an hour after holding line. This is really annoying. Simple thing need to have internet connection to activate the wifi modem but reliance customer people not even bother to provide the proper answer.
