My brother got a reliance wi-pod device under 599/- postpaid plan o[censored]nlimited data with 10gb free data usage with speed upto 14.7mbps, post free usage the speed will be reduced to 144kbps. purchased it in the month of november 2015. which stopped working from last week of january 2016 for reasons unknown till date.
But since we used the internet in the month of january for 3 weeks, we did the payment for the month of january.in the month of february the network was completely nil. when we inquired about it with the reliance customer care[protected] in the 2nd week of february, they said that i have crossed the limit of 10gb and hence it is not getting connected.
Then why is it called unlimited data plan?
And i asked them to give the details of the browsing history for the month of february, they said, those details will be available only after february 25. but till date i haven't received any details. i have called the customer care nearly more than 20 times, and each time they would assure that they will send the details over the registered email id, but what they send is the bill, where only amount is printed and no browsing history.
And today we received a call, a blackmail call indeed, telling no details will be given, will you pay the bill or will raise a court case against you!!! how cheap! Was this information helpful? |
