I brought a cdma wi-fi data card [protected] from reliance for rs.1500 with 40gb 999/- plan on 17 march 2016 and no issues till may, and in starting of june i got message from reliance that i need to purchase a 4g wi-fi dongle for rs. 850/- to continue the service hence they stoping their cdma service and upgrading to 4g and from here my problem started.

I called the customer care to check the details hence i purchased a new data card for 1500 and with in 2 month why should i pay again rs. 850/- for new data card. I asked them to provide a 4g data card for free of cost hence i toke the connection just 2 months before.

But they not accepted and forced me to buy a new 4g data card or else i can't continue the service after july.

I asked c. Care about what will happen to my rs.999/- 40gb plan once 4g upgraded, they confirmed me as there will not be any change in plan till i request them to change the data plan by me own for my convenience. Then i accepted to buy a new 4g data card and i ordered and got new 4g sim and dongle in june end.

From 15 july problem started on connectivity and my old data card stopped working. When checked with c. Care they informed as cdma server has been shutdown and 4g upgradation started and it's in progress so we need to wait for two days till it get complete. Like this it went till 20 july, when ever call c. Care i need to wait 30 mintues to get line and they will inform as it will get resolve in 2 days, when i asked c. Care that why should i pay bill for the days which data card not working they informed as this days will be reduced in next month bill but it not happend and i got bill rs. 1138/- for full month now.

After that from 20 july evening again old cdma card started working with lot of connectivity issues. Connection will not be stable even for 5 minutes and when checked with c. Care about this intermediate connectivity issue they will tell that it will be resolve once 4g upgraded full but there is no eta for when the upgradation going to complete. I called c. Care atleast 50 times from 15 july to 6 aug and i will get the answer as with in 2 day it will complete.

Finally i got a message from reliance on 06 aug that 4g upgradation has been completed to my number and i can start using the service with new 4g dongle.

But even after started using 4g service still intermediate connectivity issue as not resolved, again i started calling c. Care for this and got reply as they fixing the issues 4g hence it started newly and this get resolve in 2 days and again the same story continues.

Then again when called c. Care on 16 aug to get update on connectivity issue again get the same reply as issue will resolve in 2 days, i lost my control and shouted on c. Care person and asked to give wavier for last month bill hence my data card is not working from last 15 july. Then the c. Care person accepted to give wavier to my current month bill since it not possible for previous month.

From 17 aug again my 4g data card stopped connecting in 4g speed and will connect only in 2g speed even that won't work properly same connectivity issue continues, i thought it because of 4g upgradation issue and wait till 19aug.

When i checked again with c. Care on this they informing me now as data plan changed to 3gb 799 plan and exceeded my 3g quote that's why i unable to connect to 4g speed. I asked that how can u changed the plan without my confirmation and any informing, they replayed that they have intimated by mail, but i have not received anything intimation about the change in plan.

When i told them that i got confirmation from your c. Care people that there won't be any change in plan, but they simply replying as there is no 40gb plan in 4g and it can't be provided as of now.


Here my question's are :


1) why you sold me a cdma data card which can't be use more then 3 months, by this i lost rs.1500/- for spending in it.

2) why you changed the data plan without my confirmation and force now to use it, i have used 40gb plan and now it's 3gb, how will be sufficient for me.

3) why you given fake commitment that 40gb rs.999/- plan will be carry forward in 4g service and forced me to buy new 4g dongle and cheating now, by this i lost rs.850/- for spending in it.

4) you committed as you will not bill for data card not working days in july month bill, but it not excluded.


What is my expection from reliance :


Give me the same 40gb rs.999/- plan in 4g service as you committed before.
And give wavier for july month bill.

Or

Get your both cdma & 4g data cards and refund the amount rs.2350/- and close my data connection with immediate effect and give wave off on my current bill hence your data card not even worked properly a day from 15 july 2016.
