Reliance Communications — Reliance wipod 4g lte excess bill amount | |||
This is with reference to the reliance (wi-pod 4g lte) data card ([protected]). there is no connection since last 4 days and i have reported the issue several times to the customer care on[protected] but unfortunately they hangup many times and when the line gets connected they ask me to wait for 24 hrs. First day when i reported the issue the customer care executive told me that my connection is in call barring status and it will be activated within 24 hrs. Second day again i called up to follow up with them they said that the connection has been suspended due to unpaid bill & when i ask them to clarify the same they say that the details of the bill will be forwarded to you via email but unfortunately i didn't receive any bill neither notification from reliance. i requested the customer care executive to raise a service request[protected] for future correspondence. Yesterday again i called up[protected] the executive gave me heart attack by saying that there is an outstanding bill of rs. 4689/- for which the connection has been suspended, i said how come the amount of 4689/- is outstanding? i was supposed to receive a monthly bill of rs. 1143/- inclusive vat which i kept paying every month without delay since last 5, 6 months. This is really a big issue and a serious concern which am reporting to the appellate authority, customer care & datacard support team and will wait for a prompt response with clarifications on my billing issue and the suspension of my connection for which i have lost a big amount for not doing online work since last 4 to 5 days. I need quick response from the management and kindly resolve the issue at the earliest. Am not stupid to pay excess bill amount without any genuine reason neither i got any prior notification from reliance regarding the change in plan. Fyi I have attached a snap shot of the 4g plant which clearly says that there is "no change in your current data plan rentals & benefits." Was this information helpful? | |||
