I bought reliance wipod last december but recently i got a message to upgrade it to 4g and i have to pay 1500 extra for the device. And when i ask for my initial deposit of 1300 which the seller promised me that will be refunded when i disconnect the connection is being refused saying we don't have any refund policy. My existing cdma connection is very bad. Its not getting connected at all and i wish to disconnect my connection for the same reason. Either refund my initial deposit else give me the 4g device. My wipod device is just 6 months old and i don't want to pay again to get the new 4g device. Please do the needful.
