Reliance Communications — Reliance worst customer support and slow net connection

I have contacted reliance customer support many times regarding frequent downtime of my internet connection. i have contacted reliance customer care via phone and email "many times". your site shows high service availability up to 99.9% uptime but i have sent many emails and called your customer care agents regarding net outage for hours but still issues are recurring, frequent internet downtime. your customer care said internet will be fixed after few hours and it is a temporary issue. the agent who gave the reliance connection promised that i will get good speed in my area. speed is too low when i use pro3 connection (15mbps). if you cant provide 100% uptime do not advertise in your website.

Reliance charged rs 1500 for 2 months when my internet was totally down. i was not even able to open the pages and that is reason why i dropped reliance and switched to mts. i reported the slowness and downtime many times via email and phone still reliance customer care agents didnt came to my house to fix the issue. when reliance customer care agents asked about bill payment, i told them my net is totally down. still no one came to fix my issues. reliance is asking me to pay the bill even if there is no internet connection.
I was able to use internet only for few days/hours in july and august. reliance customer care as usual said net will be up after few hours. i have proof of calls and emails sent to reliance customer care in march, april and may..
I will file a case in court if reliance don't withdraw the notice sent to my house.

Reliance never fixed the internet issues and threatened me to pay the bills by sending court notices to my house. why should i pay for internet when it is down for hours everyday? i will not pay for internet that is unreliable.

I have contacted reliance nodal office regarding this and he said i can see usage in few days in those 2 months.. few days usage??? i am paying for whole month and i want my connection online for the whole month. i was only able to use internet for few days/hours. it was totally slow and was getting frequently disconnected so i switched to another internet provider. i am fed up of contacting reliance customer care. temporary internet outage reason every week is not acceptable.
Check my phone call complaints from number ([protected]) and emails complaints ([protected]@gmail.com).

I have sent a mail to [protected]@relianceada.com months back and there is still no reply from them : (

Check all the phone support complaint and email complaints related to my reliance phone number [protected].

I bought reliance device march and in that month itself I reported slow internet and network outages. The reliance sales executive who sold the device said the device will work perfectly in my area.

List of email complaints I have sent is given below. On august I have sent an email to rcomkerala.[protected]@relianceada.com [protected]@relianceada.com regarding slowness (20kbps) and frequent network outage issue. Did anyone resolved these issues ? My device was a 15Mbps pro3 device and I am getting only 20kbps ????

Reliance customer support said there is usage on "few days" in last 2 months and you must pay the bill.. What about the other days in the month? I was not able to connect to internet many days in last two months. I want internet connection everyday and not for few days in a month.

Everytime I contact Reliance phone support they will say "temporary network issue, net will be online after FEW HOURS", "you are in high usage area" "clear temp folder in PC, " "reset the device" etc etc. This is not a fix and network issue is not a customers fault. I am fed up calling reliance customer care every week when my network is down. Think from a customer side, I bought a device to work from home and the device is slow and frequently getting disconnected. I have list of all calls to reliance customer care.

Reliance Customer support is asking me to pay the bill even if I was not able to use the internet ?? When I called reliance customer care last time (registered my last complaint in july) my internet was fully down for days and that is the reason why I dropped it.

I got many calls from reliance to pay the bill. I told them my net is not getting connected, no one fixed it.
Again after few days they asked me to pay the bill, again I said my issue is not fixed. Did anyone from your network department came to investigate the issue ?

My bill was 1500/m and now it is rs, 2812 including 18% interest and legal charges. I will register complaint against reliance if it is not fixed.
