Reliance Communications — repeated mail and massage to pay illegal amount 561/- | |||||
Dear sir, As reliance group follow me since february to pay 561/- (For billing period of 12 dec 2016 to 11 jan 2017). But i had closed my reliance postpaid connection on 14 dec 2016. Even, if you are asking this bill for just because of 3 days late (11 dec 2016 to 14 dec 2016), this is also because of your reliance communication store, near vishnu mandir, gorakhpur, because when i went to their store to close my postpaid connection, they replied that we can't close your connection today because of bill is not generated. So that i again went to store on 14 dec 2016. Then they ask me to pay extra 100/- beyond billing amount to terminate my postpaid connection and covert into prepaid connection. After that they terminate my postpaid connection but not converted into prepaid connection, due to that i loss my number. To get that number i contact to customer care as well as your reliance communication store, near vishnu mandir, gorakhpur, but both of them replied that "your connection is terminated and not showing any information on our portal,"so we are unable to help you." Again after one & half month in feb, i received a massage from reliance to pay 561/- against billing period of 12 dec 2016 to 11 jan 2017. Again i called customer care for information regarding this, but again they replied that"your number is not showing any information on our portal, "so we are unable to help you." then i contact to your reliance communication store, near vishnu mandir, gorakhpur, but they replied that, "that is the computer generated massage and there is meaning of that, so don't bother about that, it will get corrected after some time. Again after one month in last week of march, i received a massage from rm-reliance to pay 561/- to avoid legal procedure and to contact j prasad [protected]. Then i also call to j prasad, but a lady picked the call and replied"we are only legal advisory for reliance communication, we can't help you. You have to pay the amount or contact to customer care", and she cut the call. Again i contact to customer care, but they again replied"your number is not showing any information on our portal, "so we are unable to help you." After then i usually received one or 2 massage in a month to "pay 561/- and avoid legal action"from you, but no call from you to know, what is the matter? Why i am not paying this little amount? I am also using a postpaid connection of an other network since 5 year, and never fail to bill, you can confirm my sincerity.
