[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Repeated VAS Shot format Amount charged | |||
Dear Sir, I have a Reliance Prepaid Mobile No.[protected], From October 2014, Rs.25/- was repeatedly deducted from my Balance once every three days till today.I have already informed my problems at Customer Care at Aizawl, Mizoram, but my problems remains unsolved till today, Within the month of November, 2014, Rs.25/-for VAS Shotformat is charged Six times(25x6=Rs.150) and within this month ie December, Rs.5/- and Rs.25/- is also deducted from my Balance.I have already sent SMS to deactivate VAS Shotformat GSM to 155223, but i have received sms from Reliance stating, "Dear Customer, You are not subscribe to any VAS Pack", but in sipte of this Rs.25/- is always deducted from my Balance.I therefore requesting you to solve my problems, or else i'll go to other service providers.
