Despite several complaint still my money has not been refunded, and customer care is very irresponsive and hiding some where.
Customer care has promised lot to escalation through mail, but each time i post a complaint i get the same response from them.
I had reqested for reliance wired broadband connection, and after initial feasibility check, i submitted my cheque on 20/04/2016 for Rs 1480.
After which i got a call form technician stating that connection will not be feasible to my location and my amount will be refunded in 31 days.
I havent recieved my money yet and when i registered a complaint to customer care, there is no reply from them.
