Dear sir/mam,

Please deactivate the service for data card number [protected] with immediate effect. I have been moved to thane west, where there is no coverage at all. Hence i cannot access the net.

Fyi, i have called your executive (Atul from survey no 5, mundhwa, pune - 411036, opposite grampanchayat keshav nagar: + (91)-[protected], [protected]) for so many times in last 3 months but the numbers are not in service. I'm helpless in this matter.

Request you to please take action immediately.

Also, i'm trying to reach customer care number but no luck. Minimum 5-6 times i have tried but the executive remain busy for even more than 10 minutes.
