[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Rude behaviour from Reliance agents | |||
Today (22/04/2016) i received a call from a number +[protected] at 12:39 pm and 12:54 pm... The name of the executive was Tina. she asked me that i haven't made the payment for the last two bills i.e. for the month of February and March and the amount was approximately Rs 750... i replied to the lady that " see i will pay for the 1st bill as i have no usage in the 2nd bill because due to non payment of the bill for the month of february 2016, outgoing calls were barred against my number. Hence, i was not able to make calls and i didn't used that any more. i tried paying the 1st bill but due to some technical issue the payment was unsuccessful and post that i forgot to pay. i will only pay for the first bill.. so try make the waiver for the second bill..." she started talking rudely and told me some abusing sentences and hanged up the call. Then i called back on the number and one of their executive name - sunita chauhan started insulting me.. and challenged me that come to the office and if you have guts then do whatever you can.. So this was the ultimate conversation.. i want a strict action against these two agents from kolkata parkstreet office of Reliance communications. Was this information helpful? | |||
