[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Rude behaviour meted out by Customer Care representative

I have been trying to convert her post-paid service to pre-paid one. However, the reliance customer care (Kalapahar) representatives have not been helpful at all. It has been three attempts in the last twenty days and they have managed to come up with some reason to delay the process. The representatives don't disclose all the documents required and procedures to be followed at once, and have the audacity to blame it on the consumer calling them inattentive. Also, the representatives try to cross sell other post-paid plans without helping on the consumer's actual problem. Actually, my mother has been trying to help me out by processing the application, but she has been harassed over the twenty days. I would request immediate intervention from the concerned authority at the earliest possible. Although, my initial intention was to change from post-paid to pre-paid, but after such unexpected behaviour, I want to surrender the connection and switch over to some other service provider.
