Dear Service provider,
I have received only two calls on both the numbers from your end during the last few days. Both the calls were made on separate days. I was unable to take the calls on both the occasions due to unavoidable circumstances. However, there was no immediate follow up call after those calls given the fact that I can't reach them on those numbers. Additionally, when the local representative was contacted, he/ she had no clue about the status of the conversion process and seemed utter helpless. To sum it up, I am yet to get the conversion done and I have been charged Rs. 220/- as E-recharge on 6th April 2015, although till date the plan hasn't been switched over to pre-paid.
I seek an explanation for the whole process as this turns out to be sheer negligence on the part of the service provider.

I am yet to get my change of plans executed. This seems to have become some kind of mockery where the service provider does not give a damn about customer value. The application was accepted on April 6, 2015, and the connection has been disconnected since April 11, 2015. If the plan migration is not successfully executed by EOD of April 17, 2015, then, I am sure that I would migrate from Reliance to some other service provider.
